Khabar

The plant is small, bulbs are squat, the cloves are round and hard to peel, but the flavours are unmatched.  Khabar with its pink string is the most underrated garlic we grow.  No other garlic has the complexity of flavours that Khabar offers. (except OD2)   It can be spicy and nutty, sweet and pungent, and the only aftertaste is your taste buds asking for more.
