CREOLE & ASIATIC

Creole garlic varieties are rare and best known for their sweet and spicy flavour.  They usually have colourful bulbs averaging 5-9 cloves and are best suited to growing in warmer climates.
Asiatic garlic is known for their radish like bite and ability to withstand high heat cooking.  Asiatic garlic is always the first to emerge in the spring.  It usually produces a scape but then matures as a softneck garlic.
